Operational readiness
Do not rely on Bibeno for critical live work until the relevant setup, data, devices, recovery expectations and operator responsibilities have been reviewed.
Payment records
Recording an externally processed card payment or refund does not mean Bibeno contacted the bank, card network or payment terminal.
Data and portability
Import, export, retention, backup and migration expectations must be confirmed before live operational use.
Feedback and support
Approved users may be asked for workflow feedback and issue details. Support follows the agreed early-access arrangement and is not a general production service-level commitment.
Changes or withdrawal
Bibeno may limit or withdraw an early-access workflow when safe operation or product integrity requires it. The operator may also decide not to proceed before a commercial agreement is accepted.
